The pictures are out! We had lots of fun celebrating Syttende Mai in Ballard yesterday. Thanks to Jeff Taylor who drove a classy ’34 Ford, revving up his engine — just because he could! We even had a mascot — Scott’s pup patiently waited through the stop and go of being in a parade. We felt a surge of pride as the judges announced that our AKCHO award for the 2011 Bring the Ring Back to Ballard project.
